Purchase returns

Exchange and return of goods is made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Exchange and return of goods is made if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were delivered after a 14-day period, or if the goods to be returned were received with visible signs of use.

The rules for the return of goods purchased in the MMSW online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

The fee for the delivery of goods for return or exchange depends on the responsibility of the client, in addition, customers outside Ukraine are responsible for taxes and duties.

Please make sure all items are returned new, unused and all MMSW clothing tags are still attached. A return that does not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent to the sender.

You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. When sending from Ukraine, the postage stamp of Ukraine must be dated before the expiration of 14 days after the purchase.

Exchange

 Exchange can be carried out within 14 calendar days after the actual receipt of the parcel. Also, to arrange an exchange, you can contact your manager in a way convenient for you.

Return

Returns can be issued within 14 calendar days after the actual receipt of the parcel. Before actually sending the goods, contact your manager to report the return. The return we receive must pass quality control: only products with a marketable appearance and no signs of operation (smell, wrinkles, stains, washing), as well as in the original packaging, are accepted for return. We have the right not to accept a return for a product that does not pass such control.

Do not forget to keep your postal return receipts in order to be able to track the parcel. When returning goods from outside Ukraine, make sure that you mark your package as a return to avoid unforeseen customs costs.

Individual orders and discounted goods

Individual orders for products are not subject to return and exchange, since it is made according to the specified parameters of the buyer. Also, promotional items purchased at a discount are not subject to exchange and return, and such a category of goods as swimwear, underwear, tops, and equivalent products.

Exchange is possible in the event of a manufacturing error, size mismatch or other defects. In this case, all shipping costs are paid by us.
